Short answer
A hotel pickup may be possible, but it is not automatic. First check whether a laundry provider serves the hotel address and has a suitable collection and return slot. Then ask reception whether an outside driver can collect a bag there or whether you must meet the driver yourself. LaundryHero's address checker can show availability; hotel handover arrangements still need confirmation.
Start with the hotel's own options
Ask reception whether the hotel offers laundry, has self-service machines, or recommends a nearby provider. Request the price list, cut-off time, and promised return time. Hotel arrangements differ, so a service listed for one property does not establish what another property permits.
Confirm the external handover
An outside driver needs an exact address and an agreed meeting point. Some hotels may accept a bag at reception; others may require you to meet the driver. Ask before booking, and make sure the return handover is equally clear.
- Check the hotel's full address
- Ask about reception or lobby handover
- Choose a return slot before checkout
Compare convenience and cost
Compare the hotel's price and timing with a laundromat or external pickup. Include your own travel and waiting time, any minimum order, and the time your clothes will be unavailable.
How LaundryHero can help
LaundryHero provides address-based laundry pickup and delivery. The booking flow can check the hotel address, but hotel-specific pickup or reception handover is not guaranteed without confirmation.

Can a driver collect my bag from reception?
Only if the hotel permits it and the handover has been agreed. Check with reception before relying on that arrangement.
Do I need to meet the driver?
Plan to do so unless an alternative handover has been confirmed for your booking.
What if I check out before delivery?
Select a confirmed delivery slot before checkout or choose another laundry option.
