Short answer
Turnaround time is measured from the actual pickup to the return of your clean clothes, not simply from when you open the booking page. The available return date depends on the provider, service, capacity, and the time slots offered for your address. If you need clothes before a flight or work event, choose a confirmed delivery slot that leaves enough room for an unexpected delay.
Start the clock at the right moment
A booking made today can have a later pickup slot. Ask whether a stated turnaround refers to the time after pickup or after placing the order. Confirm what the selected service includes and when the clothes are expected back.
Check the return slot, not just a headline
Time slots can vary with capacity and the day of the week. The actual booking screen is more useful for planning than a general marketing headline. If the offered return date is too late, choose another option before handing over essential clothes.
Plan for travel or work deadlines
Keep enough clean clothes for the next day, avoid sending garments needed for a fixed event, and confirm the delivery address. Travellers should also allow time before hotel or apartment checkout.
